How We Keep the Marketplace Safe
Safety controls built into the app and moderation process.
Listings enter a moderation queue before publication, and edited published listings return to review.
Obvious abusive or objectionable language is rejected when users submit listings, profiles, or messages.
Users can report listings and users, and can block abusive sellers directly from the app.
What Users Should Do
Use these actions when you encounter a problem.
Use "Report listing" for scams, spam, duplicates, and inappropriate content.
Use "Report user" when a seller is abusive, deceptive, or unsafe.
Use "Block seller" to immediately stop seeing or contacting an abusive user. Blocking also notifies Dasayar for follow-up review.
What Happens After a Report
Moderation follow-up and enforcement timing.
Dasayar reviews objectionable-content reports within 24 hours.
Confirmed violations lead to content removal and, where necessary, account suspension or ejection.
Repeated abuse, fraud, harassment, or attempts to evade enforcement can lead to permanent removal.
Zero Tolerance
Dasayar has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Safety rules apply to listings, profile content, and private messages.
